Clive's USA Road Trip
Clive's USA Road Trip is my first in a series of children's books, aimed at 1 to 5 year olds.
A fully illustrated, 30 page book for younger children. Based on a real-life adventure, with 'Clive' the Corvette C6 driving 2500 miles across the USA. Leaving California, Clive travelled on Route 66, visited Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Circuit Of The Americas, saw Horse riding on a Texas ranch, the National Corvette Museum in Kentucky and more, before riding in a ship to England.
All the cartoon-style pictures used were taken from photos we took on this road trip, including other cars, creatures and places found along the way. There are twelve different animals and birds within the book, can you find them all? Some are easy, others are quite hidden.
If you love cars and Corvette's in particular, this should be a book you'll enjoy reading with a child. Our son, who we named Austin, after the circuit we visited on this trip, enjoyed his first birthday in May 2021 and loves me reading this story to him.
